Samuel Hall is a dedicated attorney who brings a practical and results-driven approach to a wide range of legal matters. Samuel began his academic journey by earning an Associate of Applied Science in Nursing from Walters State Community College in 2011. He later completed a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from South University in Savannah, Georgia, in 2015. He then earned his Juris Doctor from Lincoln Memorial University’s Duncan School of Law in 2019.

Samuel built early professional experience working as a Registered Nurse starting in 2012, serving with Covenant Health and later Ballad Health at Indian Path Medical Center. Over the years, he gained firsthand knowledge of medical systems and patient care, which now supports his legal work, including serving as an expert witness in medical malpractice cases.

Samuel focuses his legal practice on a broad range of areas, including Auto Accident / Personal Injury, Criminal Defense, Family Law, Estates & Probates, and Juvenile Law. He also handles Breach of Contract and Construction Law, Conservatorships, and General Civil Law matters, providing practical solutions tailored to each client’s needs.

Samuel’s time in law school was marked by strong academic performance and leadership. He graduated magna cum laude and earned several CALI awards in Constitution, Advanced Trial Advocacy, and MEE Studies II. He also received recognition for service and contributed scholarly work on constitutional law topics during his studies.

Samuel remains active in the legal community through leadership and service roles. He has served as the 2025 Kingsport Bar Association President and participates in professional organizations, including the Tennessee Bar Association. His involvement reflects a commitment to advancing the legal profession and serving the broader community.
