Lena B. Laurenzo

Lena B. Laurenzo is a Houston-based attorney whose practice centers on representing individuals and families affected by serious injuries and wrongful death. Her work focuses on accountability, courtroom readiness, and guiding clients through complex legal challenges with clarity and purpose. She is known for handling high-stakes negligence cases across multiple industries.

Lena began her academic path in Houston, Texas, graduating from Duchesne Academy of the Sacred Heart in 2006. She earned a B.A. in 2010 from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas, graduating cum laude with a major in Psychology and a minor in Spanish. She earned her J.D. in 2015 from South Texas College of Law Houston, Houston, Texas, where she was inducted into the Order of Barristers.

Lena concentrates her practice exclusively on personal injury and maritime law, representing clients in catastrophic injury claims, wrongful death matters, workplace incidents, product liability cases, and transportation-related accidents. Her experience also includes Jones Act and general maritime cases, as well as refinery, chemical plant, and construction-related injury litigation.

Lena is an experienced trial lawyer with a record of significant jury verdicts in complex cases. Early in her career, she co-led a wrongful death trial resulting in a $17,720,000 verdict. She later co-led a product liability wrongful death case that produced a unanimous Mississippi jury verdict of $9,864,571.54 after brief jury deliberations.

Lena has earned recognition for her litigation work through numerous professional honors. These include Texas Rising Stars, Super Lawyers, 2017 – 2025, Up-and-Coming 50: Women Texas Rising Stars, 2023 – 2024, and Up-and-Coming 100: Texas Rising Stars, 2023 – 2024.
