About
Ben Bireley is a trial lawyer clients rely on when a lawsuit will shape their future. He represents people facing wrongful death and life-altering injuries, handling matters with high stakes and difficult facts. His work reflects persistence, strategic thinking, and a clear focus on securing outcomes that protect long-term financial stability.
Ben began his academic path with a B.A. in 2005 from Boston College, Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts. He later earned his J.D. in 2010 from the University of Texas School of Law, Austin, Texas. His legal studies included Magna cum laude honors, Order of the Coif recognition, and service with the Texas Law Review as Chief Articles Editor.
Ben has built a legal career spanning complex personal-injury and commercial litigation at nationally recognized firms. He previously served as a law clerk to Judge Lee Rosenthal, gaining firsthand experience with federal trial practice. That foundation shaped his disciplined preparation, courtroom confidence, and ability to manage legally demanding cases.
Ben has secured numerous seven- and eight-figure results for clients through settlements and arbitration awards. These include recoveries involving unsafe work conditions, negligent third-party conduct, and catastrophic injuries. Many cases required reworking strategies midstream, identifying overlooked facts, and advancing claims others believed could not succeed.
Ben approaches every case with the understanding that it may be the most important matter a client ever faces. He prepares cases as if they will be tried, which strengthens negotiation positions. His experience includes trials and arbitrations in state and federal courts across Texas, Louisiana, and multiple other jurisdictions.
Ben has received professional recognition for his legal work, including Texas Super Lawyers (2023–2025), Lawyers of Distinction—Personal Injury Law (2020–2025), Texas Super Lawyers Rising Stars (2019–2022), and NAOPIA Top 40 Under 40 (2016 –2021). He is admitted to practice in Texas and before multiple federal courts.
Ben Bireley measures success by whether a legal outcome truly secures a client’s future. He commits to mastering the facts, identifying decisive issues, and pushing cases toward meaningful resolutions. His work reflects careful analysis, steady advocacy, and a results-driven approach focused on accountability and lasting protection for those he represents.
