Leah M. Edelstein

Leah M. Edelstein is an Associate at Wapner Newman in Philadelphia whose practice focuses on plaintiff-side medical malpractice and personal injury litigation. That clerkship exposed her to complex civil cases before she developed a plaintiff-side practice focused on medical malpractice and serious personal injury claims.

Her experience includes claims involving wrongful death, catastrophic injuries, premises liability, and civil sexual assault.
