Danielle Ciraola

Danielle Ciraola is an associate attorney with Mirman, Markovits & Landau, P.C. in New York City. Her civil litigation practice represents people injured in motor vehicle accidents, premises incidents, and slip-and-fall cases. She guides clients through claims arising from unsafe conditions and other incidents, drawing on experience litigating in New York courts and understanding how local procedures affect an injury lawsuit.

Ciraola graduated cum laude from Arizona State University and earned her Juris Doctor from Albany Law School. Her legal education prepared her for research, advocacy, and litigation in New York’s court system. She also teaches small-group and individual courses for law school graduates preparing for the bar examination, extending her legal knowledge to professional education and courtroom preparation.

Before representing injury victims, she began her legal career representing property owners in courts throughout New York City’s five boroughs. That work introduced her to municipal and state procedures and the conditions that can affect tenants and visitors. She has since presented and argued cases before New York Supreme Courts and handles a varied caseload involving accident-related claims.

Ciraola has served as vice president and a board member of the Brooklyn Women’s Bar Association and as an officer of its foundation. Her involvement in legal education and bar leadership accompanies her courtroom practice.
