Leonard Hill

Leonard Hill is the founding partner, managing partner, and lead trial attorney of Hill & Associates in Philadelphia. He founded the firm in 1999 and represents clients in personal injury matters involving car and truck accidents, medical malpractice, construction incidents, dangerous drugs, nursing home abuse, police brutality, sexual abuse, workplace injuries, and wrongful death. His practice focuses on serious injury claims that require detailed investigation, damages analysis, negotiation, and readiness for trial.

Leonard graduated cum laude from Morehouse College, where he was a Golden Key Honor Society member and appeared on the Dean’s List. He later graduated from Temple University School of Law and completed Temple’s trial program. He earned an LL.M. in Trial Advocacy from Temple University Beasley School of Law. Before becoming a lawyer, he taught middle school for eight years, giving him a professional background outside law before he entered litigation practice.

Leonard handles a broad range of injury matters, including burn injuries, spinal cord injuries, traumatic brain injuries, motorcycle crashes, slip and fall cases, dog bites, construction accidents, workers’ compensation, and claims involving abuse or misconduct. Since 1999, he has participated in recoveries exceeding $250 million in verdicts and settlements.
