Lawrence E. Fuentes

Lawrence E. Fuentes is an attorney with Fuentes and Kreischer, PA, who has practiced law in his native Tampa since his admission to The Florida Bar in 1973. His general practice concentrates on real estate law, probate and estate administration, wills and trusts, business law, and related litigation. He brings decades of experience to matters involving property, estates, business concerns, and disputes connected with these areas of law, representing clients through both planning and litigation matters.

Mr. Fuentes earned his undergraduate degree from the University of South Florida in 1970 and his J.D. from Stetson University College of Law in 1973. While attending law school, he served as an executive editor of the Stetson Law Review in 1973. He also authored “Florida Wrongful Death Act: A Liberal Interpretation,” which appeared in the Stetson Law Review in 1972. His legal education and scholarly work preceded a long career in general legal practice.

Mr. Fuentes focuses a significant portion of his work on real estate and estate-related matters. His practice encompasses probate and estate administration as well as the preparation and use of wills and trusts. He also advises clients on business law matters and handles litigation related to the areas within his practice.
