About
Lauren S. Irwin is a New Hampshire employment lawyer who represents employees and employers in workplace disputes and civil litigation. She counsels individuals, schools, municipalities, and private entities on employment law, human resources management, employment discrimination, and related matters. Her experience on both sides of workplace disputes gives her practical insight into opposing strategies and helps her evaluate legal and business considerations from multiple perspectives.
Irwin earned her J.D. from Boston University School of Law and her B.A. from Wesleyan University. She also completed the Harvard Law School Mediation Intensive program and became a certified mediator. This combination of legal education and focused dispute resolution training supports her work as a counselor, advocate, investigator, mediator, and arbitrator in complex employment matters.

She also handles employment and Title IX investigations and mediates disputes for New Hampshire courts, the state human rights commission, and private parties. She has been selected for the American Arbitration Association’s mediator and arbitrator panels for employment matters.
