Lauren Aguilar

Lauren Aguilar is an Indianapolis partner who advises clients on state and federal utility regulation, rate cases, and environmental matters. She works with electric, natural gas, water, alternative energy, and wastewater utilities on disputes and regulatory proceedings. She drafts pleadings and testimony, prepares witnesses, and supports trial and settlement strategy. Her practice also includes rate investigations, periodic adjustment proceedings, compliance questions, policy matters, regulation, and deregulation before implementing agencies involved.

Lauren earned her J.D. from Florida State University College of Law in 2011, completing a certificate in environmental and land use law. She received her B.S. in environmental sciences and management from Michigan State University in 2008 and participated in the Charles Drew Science Enrichment Laboratory.
