Laura T. Alridge

Laura T. Alridge is a Virginia bankruptcy attorney and President and Shareholder of Boleman Law Firm, P.C. She focuses her practice on bankruptcy law, helping individuals address financial challenges through Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy proceedings. Her work includes matters involving debt relief, creditor issues, foreclosure concerns, and other consumer bankruptcy matters. She has practiced bankruptcy law since joining the firm in 1998.

Laura earned a B.A. in History from Meredith College. She received her J.D. from South Texas College of Law. Her legal education provided the foundation for her bankruptcy practice and representation of individuals navigating financial difficulties through Virginia bankruptcy proceedings.

Laura represents clients in consumer bankruptcy matters and guides them through the bankruptcy process from initial consultation through case completion. She is active in community education and has presented at workshops and professional continuing legal education programs. Her community involvement includes work with the Virginia Poverty Law Center, Housing Opportunities Made Equal, the Credit Abuse Resistance Education program, and the Legal Information Network for Cancer.

Laura T. Alridge is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Virginia, the US District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, and the US Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. She is a member of the Virginia State Bar Bankruptcy Section and the Richmond Bar Association Bankruptcy Section.
