About
Larry V. Parman is a dedicated estate planning and business law attorney who helps individuals and families protect their assets and legacies. After seeing firsthand the challenges his family faced with probate and taxes following a tragic loss, he committed his legal career to making the process easier for others. He co-founded Parman & Easterday, now one of the leading firms in the Midwest focused on estate planning, elder law, and business planning.
Mr. Parman completed his undergraduate degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia and earned his J.D. from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. He is also an Accredited Estate Planner (AEP®) through the National Association of Estate Planners and Councils.
Mr. Parman worked for over a decade in investment banking and financial services before entering law. His experience in both finance and law allows him to create strong, effective estate plans that help reduce taxes, protect assets, and simplify the transfer of wealth to future generations. He also advises business owners on growing, managing, and successfully exiting their companies.
Mr. Parman partners with firms that provide investment planning and executive coaching, besides his legal work. This gives clients access to a well-rounded strategy that includes legal, financial, and leadership advice. He has written and co-authored several books on estate planning and leadership, including Estate Planning Basics and Above The Fray.
Larry V. Parman is licensed to practice in Oklahoma and Missouri and is a member of the American Academy of Estate Planning Attorneys. His work reflects a deep commitment to helping others plan wisely for the future, protect their interests, and navigate life’s legal challenges with clarity and confidence.
