Since joining the firm’s Real Estate Department in 2003, he has represented major lenders across North Alabama and Southern Tennessee in a wide range of real estate matters, including real estate lending, residential and commercial closings, leasing, and development transactions. He also serves as an agent for Old Republic and Fidelity Title Insurance, issuing title insurance policies that help protect property owners and lenders and provide added security in their real estate investments.

Larry O. Daniel, Jr, is admitted to practice in Alabama as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Middle Districts of Alabama. He holds the prestigious “AV Preeminent” rating from Martindale-Hubbell, reflecting his excellence in professional ability and ethics.
