Geoffrey Kramer Middleton

Geoffrey K. Middleton is the founder of Middleton Law Firm, PLLC, in Huntsville, Alabama, where he represents clients in real estate law, estate planning, business formations, contracts, and other transactional matters. With nearly a decade of prior experience practicing alongside respected attorneys, he brings a client-centered approach that combines legal knowledge with practical solutions. His focus is on helping individuals, families, and businesses make sound legal decisions while protecting their assets and interests.

Geoffrey Kramer Middleton earned his J.D. from Mississippi College School of Law, where he was actively involved in student leadership, serving as Class Senator and Director of the school’s peer mentoring program. He also participated in study abroad programs, taking classes and working as a teaching assistant in Europe. His undergraduate education included studies in English and Philosophy at both the University of Alabama and Auburn University, experiences that sharpened his communication skills and analytical abilities.

Before establishing his own firm in 2023, Mr. Middleton worked for nine years with John Russell Munger, Jr. at Munger and Middleton, where he gained significant experience in transactional law. His earlier career also included work with Louisiana State Senator Rick Gallot and co-founding a political consulting business, Left|Right Strategies, LLC. These diverse experiences helped him develop strong skills in negotiation, strategic planning, and client advocacy.

Geoffrey Kramer Middleton is a Title Insurance Agent and commissioned Notary Public, as well as an active member of the Alabama State Bar Association. He participates in the Elder Law, Real Property, Probate & Trust, and Solo and Small Firm sections, and is also a member of the Huntsville-Madison County Bar Association’s Real Estate Law Section. Committed to serving the Huntsville community, Geoffrey has supported local organizations including TEDx and NOVA Huntsville, demonstrating his dedication to civic engagement alongside his real estate and elder law practice.
