Anne C. Kunkel

Anne C. Kunkel is a principal of Varin Thomas LLC in Boise, Idaho, with a practice focused on real estate development and ownership, franchising, liquor licensing, and business matters. She represents clients through complex real estate development, ownership, and asset transactions. Her work includes entity formation, organizational documents, exit strategies, due diligence, title review, purchase and sale agreements, development agreements, easements, leases, and condominium and homeowners association regimes.

Kunkel earned a J.D. from Northwestern School of Law, Lewis & Clark College in 2001, summa cum laude, and a B.A. in Political Science & History from the University of Kentucky in 1998, cum laude.
