About
Kyle Zambarano is a shareholder at Adler Pollock & Sheehan P.C. in Providence, Rhode Island. His commercial litigation practice involves disputes affecting businesses and individuals, including employment claims, complex tort actions, trade secrets, and noncompetition agreements. He has conducted jury trials, bench trials, and evidentiary hearings throughout New England. His work includes resolving contested business matters through negotiation, dispositive motions, and litigation when parties cannot reach an agreement.
Kyle earned a B.A. from the University of Rhode Island in 2000 and his J.D., cum laude, from Roger Williams University School of Law in 2004. He graduated near the top of his law school class and served for two years as a clerk to Rhode Island Supreme Court Chief Justice Frank J. Williams. His education and judicial clerkship gave him experience with appellate procedure, legal writing, and complex questions of law.
Kyle has represented clients in cases involving departing employees, noncompetition provisions, nonsolicitation restrictions, and proprietary business information. His matters include defending a medical care company during a regional employee hiring dispute and advising a design and manufacturing company when an employee left with sensitive product information. He has also secured favorable rulings involving statutory deadlines and jurisdictional issues, helping clients avoid unwanted forums and unnecessary litigation costs.
Kyle Zambarano has been selected for Best Lawyers recognition in commercial litigation and received Rhode Island Monthly professional excellence recognition in that field in 2026. He also contributes to legal publications addressing Rhode Island litigation procedure. He combines trial experience with early analysis of disputes so clients can assess their options, protect important business interests, and decide whether negotiation or court proceedings offer the most effective path.
