Kyle P. Griffin

Kyle P. Griffin has built a legal career grounded in courtroom experience, practical problem-solving, and a commitment to helping individuals navigate challenging legal matters. With a background that spans criminal prosecution, litigation, and a variety of legal disciplines, he brings a well-rounded perspective to every case. His practice focuses on criminal defense, DUI litigation, estate planning, probate administration, landlord/tenant law, and personal injury matters. Throughout his career, he has worked closely with clients facing important legal decisions and has earned a reputation for providing attentive representation tailored to the circumstances of each case.

Kyle earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University in 2004. He later obtained his Juris Doctorate from New England Law Boston in 2008. This educational foundation provided both business insight and legal training that continue to support his work across a broad range of legal matters.

Kyle began his legal career in public service as an Assistant County Attorney in Strafford County, serving from 2009 through 2013. In that role, he handled hundreds of criminal matters in both District and Superior Courts. His responsibilities included reviewing, evaluating, and prosecuting felony and misdemeanor cases, many of which involved significant courtroom proceedings and jury trials. The experience gained during those years helped shape his litigation skills and strengthened his understanding of courtroom advocacy.

Kyle later expanded his experience while practicing at a general law firm in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. During that time, he worked on matters involving criminal defense, civil litigation, landlord/tenant disputes, corporate and business law, probate law, and estate planning. He achieved favorable outcomes in numerous cases and developed a deeper understanding of the legal needs faced by individuals, families, and businesses.

A lifelong resident of the Seacoast region of New Hampshire, Kyle P. Griffin remains active in both the legal and local communities. He serves as President of the Rockingham County Bar Association and has spent many years supporting youth athletics through coaching. Licensed to practice in the New Hampshire State and Federal District Court, he continues to provide knowledgeable and client-focused representation backed by years of diverse legal experience.
