Kyle Kemmer is a trial lawyer whose practice focuses on workers’ compensation and personal injury matters in Delaware and Pennsylvania. Kyle earned a Bachelor of Arts in Pre-Law Studies from Penn State University in 1992. He later received a Doctor of Law (JD) from Widener University School of Law in 1997.

His experience also includes personal injury claims involving workplace accidents, motor vehicle collisions, and other injury-related disputes. He was admitted to practice in Delaware in 1997 and in Pennsylvania in 1998, and is also admitted to the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware.
