Kyle G. Hansen

Kyle G. Hansen is an Idaho criminal defense and immigration attorney with more than twenty-three years of legal experience. He handles state and federal criminal cases throughout Idaho and brings trial-tested advocacy to serious matters. His background as a former police officer and prosecutor helps him understand investigations, charging decisions, courtroom procedure, government strategy, and negotiation strategies when defending clients facing criminal allegations or immigration-related legal problems in court.

Hansen earned his J.D. with honors from the University of Maryland School of Law. His legal education prepared him for courtroom advocacy, legal research, and federal practice. Before becoming an attorney, he served as a police officer for the City of Pocatello.
