Nicolas Kaylor is an employment law attorney at Wanta Thome PLC. Mr. Kaylor earned his J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School, where he served as Online Articles Editor for the Minnesota Law Review and worked as a Student Director in the Detainee Rights Clinic at the James H. Binger Center for New Americans. He completed a judicial externship with the Hon. Amy Dawson of Minnesota’s 4th Judicial District. His background includes successful outcomes in cases involving disability rights and fair employment protections. In Berner v. Metropolitan Council, he helped secure the denial of an employer’s summary judgment motion, affirming an employee’s right to fair treatment.

Nicolas Kaylor remains active in pro bono work, offering legal assistance in housing and creditor collection matters. He is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association’s Labor & Employment Law Section, the National Employment Lawyers Association (Minnesota Chapter), the Federal Bar Association (Minnesota Chapter), and the Hennepin County Bar Association.
