Kristin Bender also maintains a strong pro bono practice that benefits individuals and families seeking justice. She represented military service members, civilians, and their families in litigation involving terrorist attacks, helping obtain a judgment exceeding $455 million. She has assisted clients with matters involving INTERPOL and the removal of red notices. Her work combines courtroom advocacy, regulatory knowledge, and international experience.
