Kristin Bender

Kristin Bender is a Partner in litigation at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP, whose practice focuses on complex lawsuits and disputes, class actions, and regulatory matters. She represents businesses, public entities, and individuals in cases involving anti corruption issues, contracts, defamation, fraud, securities, and financial claims.
