Kregg R. Wallace is a seasoned attorney whose career centers on compliance, healthcare regulation, and insurance law. He has built a reputation for guiding organizations through complex legal frameworks while prioritizing clarity and accountability. Kregg completed his undergraduate studies at Brigham Young University in 2011. He later earned his Juris Doctor from Texas Tech University in 2014. This academic progression provided a strong foundation in legal analysis, ethics, and statutory interpretation, preparing him for work in highly regulated professional environments.

Kregg has served in diverse legal roles, including litigator, compliance officer within hospital systems, and general counsel in the health insurance industry. These positions allowed him to address legal risk, operational compliance, and governance matters while working closely with leadership teams to support sound decision-making and regulatory adherence.

Kregg became General Counsel and Head of Compliance at MotivHealth Insurance in 2020, following prior service as a Compliance Officer at Intermountain Healthcare. His work in these roles focused on healthcare compliance, privacy standards, and regulatory implementation within complex organizational structures.

Kregg also contributes to legal education as an adjunct professor at Ensign College in Salt Lake City. In addition, he holds certification as a Professional Compliance Officer through AAPC, reflecting formal recognition of his expertise in compliance standards, regulatory oversight, and ethical operational practices.

Kregg served as President of the Utah Health Insurance Association (UHIA) from April 2021 to April 2022. During this time, he played a key role in advocating for consumer-friendly laws within Utah’s health insurance market, engaging with policymakers and stakeholders on regulatory reform.
