Kirsten N. Baxter

Kirsten N. Baxter is a skilled attorney with a strong focus on consumer protection and bankruptcy law. Since becoming licensed in Oregon in 2010 and Washington in 2011, she has worked to help individuals navigate financial difficulties and hold companies accountable for unfair practices. Kirsten earned her B.S. in Engineering from Northeastern University before completing her J.D. at the Willamette School of Law. While in law school, she broadened her legal education by studying a semester at the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador in Quito. She also holds a Certificate in International and Comparative Law.

Kirsten has studied legal systems in China and Ecuador and is fluent in Spanish. Her language skills and international background help her provide accessible legal support to Spanish-speaking clients. She previously lived and worked in Valparaíso, Chile, which strengthened her ability to connect with diverse communities.
