About
Kimberly Wichmann Quinn has practiced law in Kentucky state and federal courts since 2001. Her legal career grew from early office experience, followed by public service and private practice. She represents clients facing serious legal concerns and works to provide steady guidance during difficult financial, family, property, and civil matters.
Kimberly earned her BA in Political Science from Northern Kentucky University. She earned her Juris Doctor from Thomas Cooley Law School in 2000. After law school, she worked in the Boone Gallatin Commonwealth’s Attorneys Office as a Victim’s Advocate while preparing for the Kentucky bar exam.
Kimberly was admitted to the Kentucky Bar and began serving as a part-time felony prosecutor. She also handled legal work in private practice during that time. Her experience in prosecution helped her understand court procedures, client needs, and the importance of clear communication in cases involving stressful personal and legal issues.
Kimberly focuses her practice on debtors in bankruptcy, family law, real estate, probate, adoption, foreclosure, debt collection defense, general civil matters, estate planning, Wills, and Trusts. She also assists with municipal legal work for the Cities of Edgewood and Taylor Mill, supporting matters handled for local government clients.
Kimberly helps people by explaining legal options in plain terms and guiding them through court-related concerns. Her work with debtors, families, property matters, estates, and civil disputes allows her to serve clients at important points in their lives, especially when decisions may affect their homes, finances, or future plans.
Kimberly also has a record of community service connected to public trust and local government. She is a member of the Boone County Sheriff’s auxiliary. In 2009, Judge/Executive Gary W. Moore appointed her to serve on the Boone County Ethics Commission, where she contributes to county ethics matters.
Kimberly Wichmann Quinn brings long legal experience, public service, and a broad civil practice to her work for Kentucky clients.
