Kimberley F. Wallace

Kimberley F. Wallace, Esq., is a partner and founding member of Wallace Turner Law LLP, where she leads the Real Estate department. She represents clients in both residential and commercial transactions and handles every stage of the process with skill and attention to detail. Along with her real estate practice, she has significant litigation experience, managing cases from motion practice through trial. She has handled violations, misdemeanors, and felonies, earning strong outcomes for clients through dismissals and favorable verdicts.

Kimberley completed her legal education at Florida State University College of Law, earning her law degree. Her academic training prepared her for a diverse legal practice and supported her development as a strong advocate in real estate and courtroom matters.

Kimberley has worked hard throughout her career to help individuals, families, and businesses navigate complex legal issues. In real estate matters, she guides clients through purchases, sales, and commercial deals, ensuring they understand each step and make informed decisions. In litigation, she stands by clients facing serious charges and works to achieve the best possible results. Kimberley F. Wallace has also been recognized for her leadership and professional excellence. She has received honors such as the Pro Bono Distinguished Service Award, the National Black Lawyers Top 40 Under 40, and Albany Business Review’s 40 Under 40. She also serves the profession as a Committee Member for the Third Judicial District’s Committee on Character and Fitness and as Assistant Secretary for the Committee for the Judiciary with the Capital District Women’s Bar Association. Her service extends into the community as well. Kimberley serves on the Focused Investment Review Committee, supports United Way of the Greater Capital Region, serves on the board of The 4th Family Inc., and provides pro bono help through the Legal Project Domestic Violence program.
