Kevin Sobel

Kevin Sobel is a Partner and Personal Injury Attorney who represents individuals harmed by negligence in serious accidents. He manages practice groups across several states and focuses on helping injury victims recover physically and financially. His work centers on guiding clients through complex claims with steady leadership and clear communication.

Kevin earned his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration at the University of Florida. He later attended the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where he received his Juris Doctor. His academic background in business and law gives him practical insight into both the legal and financial sides of personal injury cases.

Kevin began his legal journey with the firm during law school in 2005, when the practice was still small and growing. After completing his degree, he stepped into a full-time role as the first attorney in 2007. Since then, he has helped guide thousands of clients across the country through the recovery process, handling cases involving car accidents, truck accidents, slip and fall incidents, wrongful death, and other serious injury matters.

Kevin holds Bar licenses in Georgia, Texas, and Mississippi and has also been admitted to practice in Colorado, Florida, Minnesota, Michigan, New York, New Mexico, Tennessee, and Wisconsin. His multistate admissions allow him to assist clients in many jurisdictions. He is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and has received the Avvo Client’s Choice Award for his high client ratings for 5+ years.
