Kevin M. Hart

Kevin M. Hart is a seasoned trial lawyer and Shareholder recognized for handling sophisticated civil and criminal litigation matters. His practice focuses on complex disputes involving businesses and individuals, including corporate breakups, shareholder conflicts, class actions, insurance coverage, and mass tort litigation in both federal and state courts nationwide.

Kevin earned his Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law, where he served as a business editor of the Law Review. He later obtained an LL.M. from New York University School of Law and completed his undergraduate studies in history at Rutgers University, building a strong academic foundation in law and policy.

With more than three decades of courtroom experience, Kevin has represented clients in matters involving securities fraud, construction litigation, insurance liability, and commercial disputes. His litigation background includes handling cases for financial institutions and organizations facing high-stakes regulatory, business, and enforcement-related challenges across diverse industries.

Kevin’s practice also includes extensive work in corporate investigations and white collar matters, where discretion and strategic judgment are critical. He advises companies and individuals in sensitive investigations involving allegations of fraud, compliance issues, and regulatory violations, applying a deep understanding of prosecution strategy gained from prior government service.

Kevin is a co-founder of a mass tort and pharmaceutical litigation team dedicated to managing large-scale, complex claims on behalf of injured individuals and their families. His work in this area reflects a commitment to addressing widespread harm through coordinated litigation strategies and thorough case development.

In addition, Kevin M. Hart’s experience extends to emerging areas, including green litigation, including disputes involving renewable energy projects and industrial technologies.
