About
Jason Epstein has devoted his legal career to advocating for people harmed by negligence and serious accidents. Since beginning practice in 1999, he has consistently focused on injury-related matters, building a reputation for steady guidance and determined representation. His work centers on helping clients pursue fair compensation while navigating complex legal and insurance challenges.
Jason began his academic path with an undergraduate degree in Philosophy from the University of Southern California in 1995. He later earned his Juris Doctor from Pepperdine University, School of Law in 2001. During this period, he also completed a certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine University, expanding his foundation in negotiation-focused advocacy.
Jason returned to the Seattle area after law school and established his own practice dedicated to protecting injured individuals. He later gained valuable experience as an associate attorney, where he represented clients facing serious injuries and catastrophic medical malpractice. These roles strengthened his litigation skills and deepened his understanding of high-stakes personal injury claims.
Jason continued refining his practice through additional firms, consistently limiting his work to injury representation. Over time, he handled a wide range of cases involving significant physical, financial, and emotional harm. His approach emphasizes preparation, strategic case development, and careful attention to each client’s individual circumstances.
Jason maintains active involvement in the legal community.
