Kevin L. Fritz

Kevin L. Fritz is an experienced trial attorney known for his extensive work in civil litigation across Missouri and Illinois. His practice includes insurance defense and coverage, corporate collection, commercial and product liability, construction, vehicular negligence, and personal injury cases. Kevin’s courtroom experience spans numerous state and federal trials, where he has achieved successful verdicts and defended clients in complex transportation, premises, and catastrophic casualty matters.

Kevin earned his B.S.B.A., cum laude, in 1989 from the University of Missouri-Columbia, followed by a J.D. from the University of Missouri School of Law in 1993. He also completed Mediation Training for Civil Cases in 2002 and is a Court-Approved Mediator for the Missouri State Courts. His legal foundation was built early in his career as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Stanley Grimm at the Missouri Court of Appeals, Eastern District.

Kevin has been recognized with numerous distinctions for his professional excellence.
