Dean Burnetti is the founder of Dean Burnetti Law, Central Florida’s leading personal injury firm, with offices in Lakeland, Brandon, and St. Petersburg. For nearly four decades, he has dedicated his career to representing individuals injured through negligence, providing compassionate and skilled advocacy for accident, injury, and wrongful death victims.

Dean earned his Bachelor’s Degree from Warner Southern College and his Juris Doctor from Oral Roberts University’s O.W. Coburn School of Law in 1986. His educational path began with a degree in Pastoral Ministries from Oklahoma Baptist Seminary, reflecting his lifelong faith-based approach to service and justice. His unique background combines moral conviction with legal excellence.

Throughout his distinguished career, Dean has earned the rare distinction of being Double Florida Bar Board Certified in both Civil Trial Law and Workers’ Compensation Law—a credential held by only four attorneys in the entire state.
