Mr. Bublitz earned his J.D. in 1987 from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, Wisconsin. He also received his B.B.A. – 1982 from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, Wisconsin. His academic background in law and business gives him a strong foundation in legal analysis, taxation, and corporate structure.

Mr. Bublitz worked in the tax department of a national accounting firm before entering private practice. This experience strengthened his understanding of complex tax matters and financial planning. He is admitted to practice in Wisconsin, the U.S. District Court Eastern District of Wisconsin, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit. Over the years, he has represented clients in transactions, contract drafting, property matters, succession planning, and probate administration. He guides business owners through formation, governance, and compliance issues while helping families prepare estate plans that protect future generations.
