Kevin J. Huser

Kevin J. Huser is a registered patent attorney and partner at Maschoff Brennan in Park City. His expertise includes domestic and international patent prosecution, licensing and other transactional work, client counseling, patentability opinions, and patent infringement and validity opinions. He advises Fortune 200 companies and startups on building patent portfolios and on product development strategies designed to identify and address potential patent infringement concerns.

Kevin earned a J.D. from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 2006 and a B.S. in Chemistry from Butler University in 2003. His scientific background supports work involving life sciences and technology. His experience spans medical devices, pharmaceuticals, medical diagnostics, agrochemicals, agricultural equipment, engine systems, refrigeration systems, and other technical areas requiring close legal and technical analysis.

Kevin assists clients with freedom-to-operate investigations, design-around guidance, and development of non-infringement and invalidity positions.
