Kirk R. Harris

Kirk R. Harris is a partner at Maschoff Brennan in Park City whose practice focuses on business and intellectual property litigation. He handles disputes involving patents, trademarks, trade dress, trade secrets, copyrights, contracts, unfair business practices, tortious interference, and other corporate matters. Kirk earned a J.D. from the University of Idaho in 2004 and a B.S. in Metallurgical Engineering from the University of Utah in 2000. During law school, he served as Managing Editor of the Idaho Law Review. Before law school, he worked as a metallurgical engineer for a large U.S. steel manufacturer. That technical background supports litigation involving technologies such as medical devices, sporting goods, automotive systems, software, solar energy, and communications equipment.
