Kevin Cheney

Kevin Cheney is a dedicated injury and accident attorney with a long-standing passion for advocacy and justice. From an early age, Kevin was committed to speaking up for what was right—an instinct that naturally led him to a legal career representing injured victims. He is widely respected for his tenacity and results-driven approach in the courtroom.

Kevin earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Hawaii at Manoa, double majoring in Political Science and American Studies. He then obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Colorado School of Law, where he was elected Class Vice-President and gained extensive litigation experience. He excelled in mock trial and moot court competitions, winning the Carrigan Cup and other regional championships.

Kevin has tried over 25 cases to verdict and has helped recover tens of millions of dollars for injured clients. His courtroom skill consistently outperforms insurance companies’ final offers, and he is a frequent lecturer on trial advocacy. Known for going the extra mile, Kevin focuses on delivering justice to those most in need of strong legal support.

Kevin is a dedicated leader in Colorado’s legal community. He currently serves as Treasurer of the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association and sits on its Board of Directors, Executive Committee, and Legislative Committee. Kevin is also a member of the Colorado Bar Association’s Board of Governors and belongs to the invitation-only American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), a prestigious national organization of highly respected trial lawyers.
