Kevin A. Bay is a seasoned trial attorney with more than 25 years of experience handling commercial, real estate, and business litigation. He has represented clients across five states in high-stakes jury and bench trials. Kevin earned his B.A., cum laude, from Washington State University in 1984 and went on to receive his J.D. from the University of Washington School of Law in 1990. He is admitted to practice in Washington and in multiple federal courts, including the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
