Keri Ann K.S. Krzykowski

Keri Ann K.S. Krzykowski is a partner with deep experience in intellectual property law. She guides clients in matters involving patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, and licensing. Keri Ann completed her Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences, graduating magna cum laude from the University of Southern California. She further pursued her Master of Health Administration at USC’s Price School of Public Policy, earning cum laude honors. In 2007, she achieved her Juris Doctor, also cum laude, from the William S. Richardson School of Law at the University of Hawai‘i.

Keri Ann’s practice covers both U.S. and international portfolio management, including filings before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, the U.S. Copyright Office, and under global systems such as the Patent Cooperation Treaty and the Madrid Protocol. She is equally skilled in handling licensing agreements, conducting due diligence evaluations, and representing clients in contested proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and federal court.

Keri Ann holds admission to the Hawai‘i State Bar, the United States District Court for the District of Hawai‘i, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. She is also a registered patent attorney with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
