Kenneth S. Nugent is a highly experienced personal injury lawyer with more than 45 years of practice in Georgia. Mr. Nugent completed his undergraduate studies at the State University of New York at Albany in 1977. He earned his Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law in 1980.

Since being admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in 1980, Mr. Nugent has focused his practice on personal injury law. Over the years, he has handled cases involving car accidents, product liability, medical malpractice, workers’ compensation, and Social Security Disability. His goal has always been to ensure that clients receive fair compensation and strong legal support during challenging times.

In 1989, Mr. Nugent founded Kenneth S. Nugent, P.C.
