Daniel Stone

Daniel Stone is an attorney at Jim Adler & Associates who believes that fairness is at the heart of the law. Daniel earned his B.A. in Government from the University of Texas at Austin in 2008. He later graduated cum laude with a J.D. from Texas Tech University School of Law in 2020.

Before becoming an attorney, Daniel built his career as an educator. During law school, he worked in the Low Income Tax Clinic, helping clients resolve complex personal income tax problems and disputes with the IRS. That experience defending individuals against unfair government action drives his work today at Jim Adler & Associates, where he continues to stand up for people facing powerful institutions.

After graduating, Daniel practiced as a business and tax attorney in central Texas. Today, he uses that experience to support personal injury clients. He writes powerful legal documents that help the firm’s clients move their cases forward and get results.

Daniel is licensed by the State Bar of Texas and serves clients across the state. He brings a strong sense of justice, fairness, and professionalism to his work. He wants every client to feel supported through every step of the legal process.
