Benjamin E. Wick

Benjamin E. Wick, is a highly skilled employment law attorney with a distinguished career focused on protecting employee rights and advancing workplace equity. A magna cum laude graduate of the Washington College of Law at American University in 2005, Mr. Wick began his legal journey with Gary M. Gilbert, a retired EEOC Administrative Judge.

Mr. Wick gained significant experience representing federal sector employees and employers before the EEOC and Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB), with a focus on disability discrimination cases.

In 2007, Mr. Wick returned to his home state of Colorado, managing the Denver office of Gary M. Gilbert & Associates Law Offices. As the sole attorney in this office, he led hundreds of employment cases and played a pivotal role in securing a multi-million dollar government contract for the firm. His expertise in disability discrimination and reasonable accommodations made him a trusted advocate for federal employees nationwide.

After a successful tenure as Chief Legal Officer and Chief Administrative Officer for a start-up company, where he oversaw legal, regulatory, and compliance matters, Mr. Wick returned to private practice in 2014.

He founded the Wick Law Office, LLC, and the Reasonable Accommodation Training Group, focusing on mediation and litigation in administrative, state, and federal courts. His presentations on disability discrimination topics for the Colorado Bar Association and the federal government exemplify his commitment to educating others on workplace rights.

Admitted to practice law in Colorado, Utah (inactive), and Maryland (inactive), Mr. Wick continues to represent federal employees nationwide.
