Kenneth A. Baldwin is a Fresno business and estate planning lawyer who handles business, corporate, real estate, probate, trust, and estate planning matters. As a managing partner, he advises banks, corporations, partnerships, and family-operated farming and ranching businesses. His practice centers on practical strategies for transactions, ownership structures, property matters, and wealth-planning needs. He also counsels both borrowers and lending institutions in major financing transactions.
Kenneth earned his Juris Doctor from the University of California, Davis, School of Law in 1987. He received a Bachelor of Arts in economics and political science, cum laude, from the University of California, Davis in 1984. His combined study of law, economics, and government provided a strong foundation for evaluating financial arrangements, business risks, and long-term planning concerns.
Kenneth has represented banks in mergers and acquisitions and assisted investors with the formation of community banks. His experience also includes advising general and limited partnerships and guiding clients through corporate and real estate matters. He is admitted to practice before all California state courts, the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Central Districts of California, and the U.S. Tax Court.
