Kelly J. Davis

Kelly J. Davis is a senior associate attorney who provides litigation services to businesses of different sizes. Her practice centers on civil litigation, administrative proceedings, employment disputes, and workplace investigations. She represents small businesses before the New Mexico Department of Workforce Solutions and handles matters involving wrongful termination, retaliation, discrimination, breach of contract, and partnership disputes. Kelly earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Chicago in 2008. She later received her Juris Doctorate magna cum laude from the University of New Mexico School of Law in 2013.
