David Vyborny

David Vyborny is the founding attorney of Occam Immigration, a firm dedicated to simplifying the immigration process for families, couples, and professionals. Licensed in Virginia and federally authorized to practice immigration law across all 50 states, he focuses exclusively on U.S. immigration matters, including family-based green cards, citizenship and naturalization, complex immigration issues, and select treaty investor visas.

David’s vision for Occam Immigration evolved from his own journey through student visas, employment visas, investor visas, and ultimately naturalization, providing him with a unique perspective that combines professional expertise with personal understanding.

David earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Richmond School of Law, where he held leadership roles and was inducted into the National Order of Barristers. He also received the Advocacy Award from the International Academy of Trial Lawyers. He graduated magna cum laude from Seton Hall University with a B.A. in Business Administration.
