Kelly completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Notre Dame, earning a BA in American Studies, magna cum laude, in 1997. She later received her JD from Fordham University School of Law in 2000. Kelly advises clients on smart trademark selection, clearance, and filing, managing trademark registrations before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
