Kelly Henry Turner

Kelly Henry Turner is a partner and mediator in Omaha with more than 15 years of experience in employment and commercial litigation. She represents individuals, families, businesses, and institutions in complex disputes. Her practice also covers corporate and business law, estate planning, succession planning, and trial work. She helps clients understand legal risks, set realistic expectations, and pursue practical solutions that support efficient resolution and long-term stability.

Kelly studied at the University of Nebraska at Lincoln and Purdue University. At Purdue, she was a member of the Alpha Kappa Delta Honor Society and worked as a research and teaching assistant. She later earned her Juris Doctor from Loyola University Chicago School of Law. During law school, she served as executive editor of the Consumer Law Review, received the Rose Marie Russo Scholarship, participated in the Elder Law Initiative, and completed international law programs in Oxford and Rome.

Kelly advises clients on human resources issues, EEOC complaints, business transactions, contract disputes, real estate purchases, property damage claims, estate planning, probate administration, guardianships, divorce, and personal injury matters. Her work includes drafting pleadings and estate plans, forming LLCs, completing corporate and real estate transfers, and reviewing leases. She has also served as a guardian ad litem. While attending law school, she gained court experience as a legal intern for the Honorable Maureen Connors.

Kelly Henry Turner is admitted to practice in Nebraska, South Dakota, and Illinois. She is a member of the Nebraska Bar Association, Illinois State Bar Association, and Nebraska Mediation Association. Her leadership includes board service with Imagine Inclusion and work with the NAMWOLF Labor & Employment PAC. She has also presented continuing legal education programs on probate and juvenile matters and served in bar, school, mediation, youth, and guardianship organizations.
