Kelley began her academic path with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, concentrating in Social Work, from Oglethorpe University, where she graduated cum laude. She later earned a Master of Business Administration from Piedmont College. Building on these achievements, she pursued her Juris Doctor at Georgia State University College of Law, graduating with honors in pro bono service.
Kelley holds the designation of Certified Elder Law Attorney (CELA) from the National Elder Law Foundation, which is recognized by the American Bar Association as the standard for elder law certification. She is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and also participates in the Georgia Association of Women Lawyers and the Stonewall Bar Association. Since 2020, she has been consistently selected as a Super Lawyer Rising Star.
Kelley’s path to practicing law began before her formal legal education. She worked at a firm focused on Medicaid Planning, where she developed a deeper understanding of long-term care systems. Inspired by helping her grandmother navigate care needs, she transitioned into law with a strong personal commitment. Earlier in her career, she also gained professional experience in the construction industry, which provided her with valuable skills before entering the legal profession.
Kelley Napier continues to dedicate her work to helping individuals and families protect their assets and secure the care they need. Through her legal guidance, clients gain the support and clarity necessary to make informed decisions during critical times.
