Keith Preston is the founding attorney of Preston Law Office, where he provides dedicated legal representation for individuals facing serious injuries, criminal charges, and other complex legal challenges. With a legal career spanning over three decades, Keith is known for his relentless work ethic, creative problem-solving, and deep commitment to justice for everyday people.
A lifelong Alabama resident, Keith graduated from Briarwood Christian High School, then earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Alabama. He later obtained his Juris Doctor from the Cumberland School of Law, equipping him with the legal foundation to pursue a wide-ranging legal career.
Keith began his legal practice as an Assistant State Attorney for the State of Florida, gaining valuable prosecutorial experience before returning to Alabama in 1994 to enter private practice. Since then, he has represented clients from all walks of life—those facing life-changing injuries, those accused of serious crimes, and individuals in need of legal solutions in complex, high-stakes situations.
Licensed to practice in both Alabama and Florida, Keith brings a multi-jurisdictional perspective to his cases. He is known for standing by his clients when circumstances seem most difficult, working persistently to uncover paths forward when no obvious solutions appear.
