Keith Preston is the founding attorney of Preston Law Office, where he provides dedicated legal representation for individuals facing serious injuries, criminal charges, and other complex legal challenges. With a legal career spanning over three decades, Keith is known for his relentless work ethic, creative problem-solving, and deep commitment to justice for everyday people.

A lifelong Alabama resident, Keith graduated from Briarwood Christian High School, then earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Alabama. He later obtained his Juris Doctor from the Cumberland School of Law, equipping him with the legal foundation to pursue a wide-ranging legal career.

Keith launched his legal career as an Assistant State Attorney in Florida, where he gained extensive trial and prosecutorial experience. In 1994, he returned to Alabama to focus on private practice. Since then, he has represented clients from all walks of life—injury victims facing life-changing circumstances, individuals charged with serious criminal offenses, and people needing strategic legal solutions in complex, high-stakes cases.

Licensed to practice in both Alabama and Florida, Keith brings a multi-jurisdictional perspective to his cases. He is known for standing by his clients when circumstances seem most difficult, working persistently to uncover paths forward when no obvious solutions appear.
