Kayla Campbell is a dedicated federal criminal defense and civil rights attorney known for her sharp legal skills and strong courtroom presence. Kayla earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from the Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville. During law school, she completed externships with both the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Kentucky and the Office of the Commonwealth Attorney. She holds a B.A., summa cum laude, in Political Science from the University of Kentucky.

Throughout her career, Kayla has achieved key victories in challenging federal cases. She obtained an acquittal for a mining executive accused of defrauding the Mine Health and Safety Administration and secured the dismissal of a federal drug case due to investigative misconduct.
