Kayla Campbell is a dedicated federal criminal defense and civil rights attorney known for her sharp legal skills and strong courtroom presence. Kayla earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from the Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville. During law school, she completed externships with both the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Kentucky and the Office of the Commonwealth Attorney. She holds a B.A., summa cum laude, in Political Science from the University of Kentucky.

Throughout her career, Kayla has delivered standout results in complex federal criminal cases. She won a full acquittal for a mining executive charged with defrauding the Mine Health and Safety Administration and successfully moved to dismiss a federal drug case based on law enforcement misconduct.
