Kavitha Janardhan is a seasoned labor, employment, litigation, and intellectual property attorney with nearly two decades of experience guiding employers and professionals through challenging workplace and disciplinary matters. Kavitha earned her J.D., cum laude, from Boston College Law. She also attended Northwestern University School of Law as a visiting student. Kavitha began her career at a global AmLaw100 law firm in Chicago, where she represented management in labor and employment counseling and litigation.
