Katie Stauffer is a skilled estate planning attorney with a mission to help individuals and families avoid legal turmoil during life’s most difficult moments. Her approach is shaped by personal experience with failed estate plans, making her deeply committed to creating clear, effective legal solutions for her clients.
Katie began her academic path at the University of Arkansas, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 2007. A four-year scholarship athlete in the university’s soccer program, she achieved multiple honors, including membership in the SEC Academic Honor Roll, the National Society of Collegiate Scholars, and the SEC Good Works Team. She was also selected as the female athletic representative to the SEC Headquarters for policy discussions affecting student-athletes. Katie continued her legal education at the University of Oklahoma College of Law, earning her Juris Doctor in 2016.
While in law school, Katie clerked for the Honorable Chief District Judge Gregory Frizzell, gaining valuable courtroom experience and insight into the judicial process. This role helped refine her practical skills in legal analysis and client advocacy.
Katie now uses her background and training to guide clients through important estate planning matters. Her work focuses on helping people make wise legal and financial decisions, reducing stress and confusion for their loved ones after they’re gone. She is passionate about being a trusted advisor who offers thoughtful, personalized planning for every family she serves.
