Jeff Mobley is a recognized leader in estate planning, wills, trusts, and estate administration. Jeff began his academic path at the University of Kentucky, graduating with High Distinction and earning membership in Phi Beta Kappa. He went on to earn his Juris Doctor from the University of Kentucky College of Law, where he ranked in the top 10% of his class, earned Order of the Coif honors, and served on the Law Review. He is licensed to practice in both Tennessee and Kentucky.

Jeff has earned respect across the legal community. He has been recognized by The Best Lawyers in America from 2001 to 2023 and named to Mid-South Super Lawyers from 2005 to 2023. He holds the AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell for ethics and legal ability, reflecting the highest standard of peer recognition.
