Kathleen M. Hartman is an Equity Partner at CTSC. She maintains a dynamic litigation practice focused on class actions, wage and hour disputes, and employment matters. Kate received her Juris Doctor from Western State University College of Law and holds a Bachelor of Arts from Chapman University. Kate Hartman was admitted to the California State Bar in 2002. Her credentials also include admissions to the U.S. Supreme Court and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Central, and Eastern Districts of California. She has been granted Pro Hac Vice status in both Minnesota and Georgia.

Kate attributes her keen analytical skills and courtroom confidence, in part, to her externship with the Honorable Warren J. Ferguson at the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, where she gained valuable insight into judicial reasoning and complex issue evaluation.
